  • License data: license keys, activated domains, and support expiry dates

  • Usage data: IP addresses, login timestamps, and browser information for security purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Deliver the software, license keys, and downloads you purchased
  • Process payments and issue invoices
  • Provide customer support via tickets
  • Send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, license expiry warnings, ticket replies)
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse

3. Cookies

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

We retain your account and transaction data for the duration of your account plus a reasonable period for legal and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account from the customer portal.

We use HTTPS, bcrypt password hashing, encrypted sensitive data at rest, and server-side security controls. No system is completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication.
