Refund Policy

We stand behind AdServerX. If you're not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
1. Automatic Refund Window
If you request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase, we will issue a full refund automatically via Stripe. No questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
Log in to the customer portal and navigate to Billing to initiate a refund within the 14-day window. Alternatively, contact us and we'll process it manually. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe purchases are refunded to the card on file; PayPal purchases are refunded to your PayPal account.
3. After the Refund Window
Refund requests after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are unable to offer refunds for annual renewal purchases after the renewal period has begun.
4. License Revocation on Refund
Upon issuing a refund, the associated license will be revoked and your installation will no longer validate successfully.
